Download Apk file of the app

Enable installation from unknown sources in your phone settings
If you’re having trouble downloading and installing TikTok, chances are your phone has restrictions against doing so. All you need to do is open your Settings app, select Security and set Unknown Sources to allow installation of non-Google Play Store apps.
